Technology Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Lead to join our team.  with expertise in full-stack open-source technologies. As a Technology Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and guiding our development team through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies. Your proficiency in full-stack development, cloud deployment, and hands-on experience with various technologies will contribute to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities: 

✦Lead and guide the development team through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies.

✦Provide hands-on expertise in full-stack development, including technologies such as ionic-angular/react, java-spring boot/node-loop back, MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, or equivalent.

✦ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions.

✦Ensure timely delivery of projects by actively participating in the development process and utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD) pipelines.

✦ Demonstrate proficiency in cloud deployment strategies, optimizing performance, and ensuring scalability.

✦Mentor and support developers by providing guidance, resolving technical challenges, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

✦Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

 ✦Minimum of 6 years of experience in technology-related roles.

✦ Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

✦Proactive, honest, and committed to delivering high-quality results.

✦Strong experience in SDLC, Agile development, and CICD pipeline implementation.

✦Hands-on experience with full-stack development technologies, such as ionic-angular/react, java-spring boot/node-loop back, MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, or equivalent.

✦Proficient in cloud deployment strategies and technologies.

✦ Demonstrated ability to lead and support a development team.
