Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer/Consultant to design, develop, and implement IT Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ITSM modules, workflow automation, and integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Configure and customize ITSM modules such as:

    • Incident Management

    • Problem Management

    • Change Management

    • Service Catalog

    • Knowledge Management

  • Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.

  • Automate IT processes and improve service delivery efficiency.

  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and maintenance.

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

  • Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • 2–5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.

  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes.

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript)

    • Glide APIs

    • Workflow/Flow Designer

  • Knowledge of ITIL framework.

  • Experience in integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs).

  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM

  • Experience with Service Portal and UI Builder

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
